剧情：
位于曼哈顿上东区派克大街666号的德雷克大楼是一栋豪华公寓楼。神秘的Gavin Doran先生（特瑞·欧奎恩 Terry O'Quinn 饰）和他美貌性感的妻子Olivia（凡妮莎·威廉斯 Vanessa Williams 饰）是这里的主人。一对年轻的情侣－－Henry Martin（戴夫·安纳布尔 Dave Annable 饰）和Jane Van Veen（瑞切尔·泰勒 Rachael Taylor 饰）－－从遥远的中西部地区搬到曼哈顿，住进了德雷克大楼。Gavin雇佣他们担任大楼的管理员。楼中住着许多住户，但他们谁也不知道这栋大楼被黑暗的超自然力量所包围。每当梦想成真的时刻，他们总认为自己是幸运儿，殊不知他们已经与恶魔签下了生死契约。Henry对此毫无察觉，而敏感的Jane很快发现邪恶、困惑和欺骗似乎与这个地方如影随形。 隐藏在恶魔背后的秘密和真相究竟是什么呢？
