剧情：
黑帮老大文森佐死了，他的妻子唐纳（克劳迪娅·吉里妮 Claudia Gerini 饰）出席了丈夫的葬礼，陪在她身边的，还有文森佐生前的两大心腹罗萨里奥（Raiz 饰）和西罗（詹保罗·莫雷利 Giampaolo Morelli 饰）。实际上，这一切都是唐纳设计的一个局，文森佐系假死，唐纳的目的就是让文森佐能够脱离黑帮中的血雨腥风归隐山林，两人过上离群索居的日子。 哪知道，文森佐没有死的事情给一个性格天真单纯的小护士法蒂玛（Serena Rossi 饰）给撞破了。法蒂玛和西罗是青梅竹马的玩伴，实际上，西罗一直默默的喜欢着法蒂玛。糟糕的事情发生了，文森佐的手下竟然误以为是西罗杀死了他们尊敬的老大，对他展开了追杀。
